What I find out during introduction of Scrum in young team of developers?

During introduction of Scrum in my team (young, 7 people) I have noticed, that following thing were very important at the begining:

  1. Definition of done is NEEDED
  2. Use WIKI more extensive
  3. SM must learn to say NO
  4. Be OPEN
  5. Technical meetings between groups testers, developers, etc.
  6. Demo must be done
  7. Stand-up meetings must be performed by standing
  8. People do not want micro management
  9. It is not about tasks, it is more about work to be done by team
  10. Spike at the beginning
